Resource Development

Review and refinement of funding mix and current funding priorities to coincide with mission and longer term strategy; Resource-specific project work including:

  • Grants management – government contracts, private and corporate foundations
  • Annual Appeals & Major Gift Programs – Analysis of current donor list, writing/editing of appeal letters, prospect identification and cultivation

Marketing & Communications Oversight & Planning

Review and implementation of organizational positioning efforts to include competitive analysis and branding activities (collateral materials, website, social media, e-newsletters; writing, editing and production).

  • Tina has successfully launched more than 15 of our housing stabilization programs, creating the strategies (or Theories of Change) to accomplish the goals of the programs and the mission of our organization. Most recently, Tina raised the funds and guided the development of a system to measure the impact of our overall work.
